No. Send us the price lists. A brand-new product is £50 + VAT to enter from scratch, and anything already in our library, including most of the Don Smith Blinds range, goes into your account free, as-is. Want a library product tailored to your own options or surcharges? That is the £50 rate. Ask us about your supplier and we will tell you what it takes.
Yes. Vectro installs to the home screen like an app and keeps working when the signal drops. Quoting on site is the thing it was built for.
Yes. Permissions are set per person, so a fitter sees the work assigned to them and nothing else. Costs and margins can be hidden from them entirely.
Yes. The Multi-brand add-on lets you run several trading brands from one Vectro account. Each brand gets its own logo, colours, contact details and optional order numbering on quotes, invoices and customer emails, while customers, reports and your team stay in one place. It is £49 + VAT a month on top of your plan and includes up to 5 brands. Need more than five? Ask us.
Yes. The Trade add-on gives your trade accounts their own ordering portal: they log in, see live prices from the price list you set for them, save drafts and submit orders with their own PO reference, and everything lands straight in your pipeline. You control each account's discounts, delivery charges and users. It is £99 + VAT a month on top of your plan, with no limit on trade accounts or portal logins.
You export all of it, whenever you want. It is your data. We are a UK company and we set out exactly what we do with it in our privacy policy.
